Peter Borneman specializes in commercial sales and leasing in the Santa Barbara area. Peter has been in commercial real estate in Santa Barbara since 1987, and prior to that was a manager with IBM. Peter has been recognized over the years as one of the leaders in the area for transactions and sales/leasing volume, and in 2003 was designated as Top Producing Agent for Santa Barbara. His focus is a balance of office, industrial and R&D properties in both sales and leasing. Peter has an MBA from Arizona State University and business degree from the University of Denver.

Matt Logsdon joined Pacifica Commercial Realty in 2007 where he specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the greater Santa Barbara area. Prior to his transition into commercial real estate, he worked as a sales representative for the lender division of a national title company covering the territory of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. He has been active in the South Coast real estate market for over 7 years and frequently volunteers his time to local non-profits. Matt graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2002 with a B.A. in Business Economics and is a licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.

Mark Mattingly manages the company’s brokerage operations throughout Central Coastal California. Mark joined Pacifica in 1990. Previously he served as President of TOLD Real Estate Corporation and Associate Vice President of Coldwell Banker, where he began his career in 1981. Since joining Pacifica, Mark has been actively involved in corporate real estate brokerage in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties with an emphasis on the technology sector, office and industrial properties. He represents several of the largest commercial developments in the region along with many of the region’s leading corporations. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (Business Economics 1978).

Gene McKnight has over 25 year experience in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and apartment complexes in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties, as well as advisory in Tenant in Common (TIC) investment placement. Prior to joining Pacifica Commercial Realty in 1992 Gene worked seven years with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company in their Ventura and Santa Barbara County offices.
In addition to his real estate career, Gene is active in several Santa Barbara organizations, including the City of Santa Barbara Downtown Parking Committee as appointed by City Council and an Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization. He is a 1981 graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama (B.S. Business Administration, Major in Marketing)
and a licensed Broker since 1986.
