For nearly 40 years, Pacifica Commercial Realty has been servicing Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties. The company is headquartered in Santa Barbara, has had an office in Santa Maria since 1989 and in January 2008 added an office in Paso Robles from our merger with Hastings Enterprises.
